Brief Story about the Author
Hal Elrod in his twenties was a victim of a road accident by a drunk adolescent, so literally he was clinically dead, his body was crushed and he was he told that may be, he can no longer walk again and that he would have to live with irreversible brain damage. However, he has a huge belief that the fact that he’s still alive is itself a miracle, that’s why he has decided to live his life to the fullest no matter what. He took responsibility to leave his past behind and focus on the present to gain great results in the future. Unfortunately, in addition to his body sufferance, Hal Elrod must confront another disaster which is the economic crisis of 2007 that made him drown in depression. One day, he took a friend’s advice and went for a run. That was when he had the idea of creating a daily personal development routine. Everything grew from there…That moment was his life turning point and later he has discovered that all his problems and struggles were a bane that hides a boon…
Miracle Morning is a method created by Hal Elrod with the goal of improving every aspect of life; it consists of getting up early every morning (60 min before starting your work/studies…), in order to follow a daily routine based on six personal development activities

Why morning routine and not afternoon or evening
Simply because, you have other responsibilities such as work, studies, family, and by night, you are going to be too tired, that’s why the ideal time to focus on your personal development is the morning without forgetting the huge benefits that will help you to start a beautiful day
How to be a morning person
The author thinks that getting up early in the morning is not related to the amount of sleep that you have got but to your motivation and positive attitude to start your day with excitement to learn and  improve yourself (Personally, I think  that the amount of sleep that you have got is an important factor  because you are not going to be positive every single day…)
PS: if your lifestyle doesn’t allow getting up in the Moring, for example, some days you need to work all night, so you need to sleep the morning, be flexible and do what works for you.

Look for a partner to do morning routine with in order to increase accountability, the Author suggests The Miracle Morning Routine Facebook community, but if you didn’t find one, it’s ok, you can do it yourself
Program your mind to wake up because it is a great opportunity to improve yourself

Close your eyes and focus on being only. Take a deep breath. You can do yoga, meditation or you can pray (As Muslims, Alhamdolillah,the best way to start our day with is a freshing ablution then beautiful praying (It leads to relaxing, gratitude and creates a nice mood)

The 6-minute miracle morning
There are times in life when you feel so overwhelmed and stressed. For example, your schedule is full of your Job tasks…In this case, the author suggests minimizing the miracle morning but not giving up. Instead, you are going to achieve exactly the same effects in a six minute accelerated version
First minute: silence
Second Minute: read your affirmations aloud
Third minute: look at your visualization board and visualize yourself
Fourth minute: for writing
Fifth minute: read one or two pages
Sixth minute: move around or do one minute of physical exercise
  Thirty days to master the miracle morning habits
Habits are acts that we repeat regularly and that tend to appear at subconscious level. If you do not control your habits, your habits will control you.30 days are ideal period to build any good habit or remove and bad one following this phases
Phase 1 (days 1 to 10): Unbearable
In the beginning, you’re going to be so excited but after, things will get harder, of course you gonna suffer and ask yourself: why, I am forcing myself to do that?! But just be patient
Phase 2 (days 11 to 20): Uncomfortable
Things will get better comparing to the first period, you gonna start loving it even if you still little bit uncomfortable
Phase 3 (days 21 to 30): Unstoppable
It’s time to live the joy and the fulfilment of the habit instead of struggling and being uncomfortable. It is an important phase, because it’s time to reward yourself with great results and positive feelings
